At the helm of this esteemed firm is Adri Kurnia, S.H., M.H., LL.M., ACIARB, a widely respected individual in the mining legal sector, boasting an extensive career spanning over 18 years of dedicated practice in mining industry.. Adri, a graduate from Leiden University, Padjadjaran University and the University of Indonesia, is recognized as a leading expert in mining, EPC Contract, bankruptcy/insolvency, commercial and financial-related crime litigation. He is a passionate advocate for his clients and has a proven track record of success in complex legal matters.
Prior venturing into establishing his own practice, Adri contributed his legal acumen to several prestigious law firms in Indonesia. His professional journey reached its pinnacle with his role as the General Manager Legal at one of Indonesia’s foremost coal mining companies in Indonesia, PT Kaltim Prima Coal. He served as Deputy Chairman of APBI (2018-2021), IMA Head Legal Committee (2018-2020), and Perhapi. He also spoke and provided lectures in some universities in Indonesia as well as in national and international conference related to mining. Adri’s wealth of experience and leadership make AKCO a trusted name in providing legal counsel and representation in the complex and dynamic realms of mining, project financing, bankruptcy and financial related crime litigation.

Prior joining AKCO, Rasendrya garnered valuable experience at one of Indonesia’s prominent law firms, where he actively involved in diverse transactions ranging from merger and acquisition of mining companies, mining company’s share transfer, company’s business restructuring as well as general corporate matters.
